WFH ZohoBooks/Zoho Inventory Bookkeeper

 

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm with 30mins paid break

Core Skills & Responsibilities

  • Skilled in managing, verifying, and paying invoices and purchase orders
  • Ability to double-check vendor invoices for accuracy, discrepancies, and possible overcharges
  • Experience performing full reconciliations for payment processors and at least 10 financial accounts
  • Ability to track, audit, and dispute processor fees when needed
  • Experience cleaning, organizing, and categorizing large volumes of historical data
  • Strong understanding of:
    • COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
    • Inventory adjustments
    • Shipping costs
    • Fulfillment expenses
  • Ability to track, categorize, and reconcile affiliate payouts and revenue-share payments
  • Competent in monthly closing and preparing clean books for CPA review
  • Ability to generate basic financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving systems and processes
  • Ability to create and maintain simple SOPs for recurring bookkeeping tasks
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Non-Negotiable / Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory
  • Strong experience with complex e-commerce accounting workflows
  • Ability to fully manage and reconcile all accounts (bank, credit cards, payment processors)
