Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a reliable and fast-response Shopify Customer Support Specialist to handle simple day-to-day customer support tasks. This role primarily involves replying to emails promptly and performing basic updates within Shopify, such as editing orders and updating tracking information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails quickly, clearly, and professionally
  • Update Shopify orders (e.g., edit tracking details, make small order adjustments)
  • Provide basic product and order-status information to customers
  • Flag any issues or unusual customer concerns to the team
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Basic experience with Shopify (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to respond to messages promptly during assigned hours
