The company is a fast-growing digital agency that helps service-based businesses acquire clients through smart digital strategies, high-converting websites, and automated systems. We manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google for clients in real estate, healthcare, home services, and professional services.

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Manager / Media Buyer to join our team. This person will manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns, optimise daily performance, and produce clear reporting for our clients. You must be data-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once.

You will work closely with Rod (Founder) and our design, CRM, and content teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Meta & Google Ads Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta + Google).

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

  • Daily optimisation: bidding, budgets, creative testing, A/B testing.

  • Set up tracking across platforms (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4).

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Maintain dashboards with metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve performance.

 

Creative & Copy Support

  • Write ad copy variations when needed.

  • Suggest creative angles for designers.

  • Review landing pages for conversion improvements.

 

Systems & Processes

  • Collaborate with our CRM team using GoHighLevel.

  • Use ClickUp for tasks and internal project management.

  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for campaign workflows.

 
 

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 2–4+ years experience in media buying (Meta + Google).

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

  • Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking.

  • Bonus: familiarity with GoHighLevel and funnel optimisation.

 

Soft Skills

  • Excellent English communication.

  • Reliable, proactive, and highly organised.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
