Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time

 

Responsibilities:
Marketing Materials & Asset Creation

  • Assist in gathering and producing marketing materials such as brochures, email templates, and social media assets.

  • Prepare and format content provided by the marketing lead to ensure consistency and quality.

Email Marketing & CRM Administration

  • Set up and manage email campaigns, sequences, and automated workflows.

  • Handle the integration between email tools and Zoho CRM to ensure smooth and accurate data syncing.

  • Support CRM tasks including updates, segmentation, tagging, and workflow management.

Social Media Support

  • Create and schedule social media posts following the provided content, strategy, and direction.

  • Keep an organized posting calendar and ensure timely and consistent execution.

Data Collection & Reporting

  • Gather and structure marketing data from various platforms.

  • Prepare reports that show campaign performance, audience engagement, and workflow metrics.

Process Documentation

  • Document all marketing and CRM procedures clearly and thoroughly.

  • Help develop standardized processes that can be easily replicated and followed.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Marketing Support: At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar support role.
  • Email Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with email campaign setup, automation workflows, and basic list segmentation (experience with tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho Campaigns is a plus).
  • CRM Experience: Basic to intermediate understanding of CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM, including updating records, tagging, segmentation, and workflow management.
  • Content Preparation Skills: Ability to format and prepare marketing assets (brochures, email templates, social media creatives) based on provided direction.
  • Social Media Management: Experience scheduling posts, following content calendars, and using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform schedulers.
  • Data Handling & Reporting: Comfortable collecting, organizing, and summarizing marketing data into simple reports.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong documentation skills and the ability to follow and build clear, repeatable processes.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Communication Skills: Good written communication for coordination and documentation.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn new tools quickly and work efficiently with marketing and CRM software.
