Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers across the U.S. and Canada
- Assess product needs and qualify leads to support a strong sales pipeline
New Business Development
- Conduct email outreach, cold-calling, and virtual meetings
- Send product samples to qualified leads and nurture early-stage opportunities
Follow-Up & Relationship Building
- Manage timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Build rapport with prospective clients during the initial engagement phase
Meet & Exceed Sales Goals
- Take ownership of individual and team targets
- Convert qualified leads into long-term customers
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Fluent English communication — both verbal and written
- High confidence over the phone, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively
- Strong cold-calling skills — this is a core requirement
- Lead qualification experience, with the ability to identify high-potential prospects
- B2B sales experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, or related roles
