Our client is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creator who can elevate the studio’s visibility through strategic content development, daily posting, and strong visual storytelling. You’ll take full ownership of the brand’s organic social media strategy, with the freedom to experiment, innovate, and drive engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who understands wellness audiences and wants to grow alongside a dynamic entrepreneur.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage organic social media strategies for Facebook and Instagram focused on client acquisition and engagement
  • Create visually compelling graphics, promotional materials, and social content using Canva
  • Edit videos and photos provided by the business owner to maintain a cohesive, polished brand identity
  • Design content for schedules, timetables, announcements, and campaigns
  • Schedule, publish, and manage daily posts to maintain consistent online presence
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars
  • Apply basic SEO and keyword practices to improve visibility and discoverability
  • Provide light administrative support during slower periods
  • Collaborate on potential lifestyle and personal brand content (property investment, wellness, lifestyle)

 

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media for small businesses—preferably within wellness, fitness, or lifestyle niches
  • Strong proficiency in Canva
  • Skilled in basic photo and video editing
  • Proven ability to develop content strategies that drive measurable engagement
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content calendar workflows
  • Basic understanding of SEO for optimizing posts
  • Excellent written communication skills with an authentic, relatable voice
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output consistently
  • Bonus: Understanding of the Australian market, wellness trends, or personal branding
