Job Description
You’ll take ownership of social media strategy for established real estate clients, creating engaging content that drives property sales and agent success. Working with pre-designed templates and a creative team, you’ll have the freedom to customize content while bringing your own strategic insights to enhance social media performance. This role offers the perfect blend of creative execution and strategic thinking in one of the most fast-paced industries.
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business accounts for real estate clients

Create compelling social media tiles and posts using Canva with provided design templates

Produce and publish 20–30 high-quality posts and 20–30 engaging stories each month

Develop and manage video content across all social platforms

Maintain organized monthly content calendars and posting schedules

Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports and analytics

Proactively suggest content improvements and new social media strategies

Respond quickly to industry developments and trending opportunities

Handle confidential client data and login credentials with discretion

Collaborate with the design team to optimize template effectiveness
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist
- Must have experience running Facebook Ads, video editing and graphic designs for posts

Proven track record of growing and managing business social media accounts

Strong proficiency in Canva for content creation and template customization

Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business profiles

Comfortable in fast-paced environments requiring daily availability and quick responses
