Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs.
- Present and promote our services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in security services, B2B, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Delf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
