Hotel Revenue & Distribution Assistant

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description: You’ll be the operational backbone supporting a dynamic travel consulting team that makes a real impact in the hotel industry. This role offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your hotel industry experience while working behind the scenes to enable client success. You’ll handle critical administrative functions that directly support revenue management and distribution projects for hotel clients, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend content creation and updates for hotel client projects
  • Organize and maintain files within the company’s task management system
  • Handle email correspondence and administrative communications
  • Support revenue management and distribution consulting projects
  • Assist with operational tasks that enable seamless client service delivery
  • Maintain organized workflows for hotel operations consulting work
  • Process and organize project documentation and client materials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, specifically in distribution or reservations
  • Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal training
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with backend hotel operations and systems
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and task management platforms
  • Bonus if you have experience with online travel agent (OTA) platforms
  • It helps if you have revenue management or pricing strategy exposure
