HR Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Seattle, CA (Pacific Time)

Paid hours per week: 40 Hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Outreach & Screening
    Conduct initial phone screenings, assess qualifications, and record outcomes accurately.

  • Interview Scheduling
    Coordinate interviews based on hiring managers’ availability and communicate details to candidates.

  • Resume & Application Review
    Review applications and update candidate statuses after confirming with the hiring manager.

  • Timekeeping & Reporting
    Clock in/out using TrackTik and submit end-of-shift reports summarizing tasks and candidate updates.

  • Communication & Follow-Up
    Maintain clear communication with candidates and send daily updates via WhatsApp HR group or email.

  • Data Management
    Keep organized records of all screenings, interviews, and application reviews; update HR systems and spreadsheets.

  • Team Collaboration
    Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to support hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software/tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
