Key Responsibilities

Candidate Outreach & Screening
Conduct initial phone screenings, assess qualifications, and record outcomes accurately. -
Interview Scheduling
Coordinate interviews based on hiring managers’ availability and communicate details to candidates. -
Resume & Application Review
Review applications and update candidate statuses after confirming with the hiring manager. -
Timekeeping & Reporting
Clock in/out using TrackTik and submit end-of-shift reports summarizing tasks and candidate updates. -
Communication & Follow-Up
Maintain clear communication with candidates and send daily updates via WhatsApp HR group or email. -
Data Management
Keep organized records of all screenings, interviews, and application reviews; update HR systems and spreadsheets. -
Team Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to support hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software/tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
