E-Commerce Product Optimization Specialist

Schedule:

  • Flexible hours (can eventually turn into a fixed schedule based on the client's business needs)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1,000-2,000 products through the central Shopify platform
  • Maintain and update product data that distributes to multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Temu, eBay)
  • Optimize product listings with SEO best practices for better marketplace visibility
  • Handle product information management and ensure data accuracy across all platforms
  • Work with Asian and Japanese cultural products, leveraging cultural knowledge when available

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Assistant or similar role
  • Experience with the Shopify platform for 6 months or above
  • Has knowledge or is willing to learn SEO knowledge and product optimization
  • Experience working with US companies and understanding American consumer behavior
  • ERP system experience preferred (Odoo experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Cultural knowledge of Asian markets, particularly Japanese products, is highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work full-time hours and commit to a fixed schedule if required
