Join a fast-growing credit repair and business credit support team. This role involves managing client workflows, supporting credit repair and business credit processes, providing bilingual customer support, and assisting with administrative and sales tasks. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism.
Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time, Monday – Friday
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidate must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly and will depend on performance during the application process.
Responsibilities

Support credit repair workflows including preparing dispute letters, organizing client files, and tracking case progress

Assist with business credit setup following established SOPs

Manage and update CRM entries, pipelines, and follow-up tasks

Coordinate calendars, schedule calls, and help manage leadership agendas

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support via email, calls, and messages

Assist with general administrative tasks such as reports, documentation, and file organization

Support light social media or YouTube–related administrative tasks when needed

Provide sales support including basic outreach follow-ups, pipeline upkeep, and maintaining communication logs
Requirements

Experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales coordination

Familiarity with CRM platforms and strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish

Ability to learn credit repair and business credit processes (training and SOPs provided)

Professional, organized, and comfortable handling client-facing communication
