Job Description: 

You’ll play a crucial role in connecting homeowners with valuable free roof inspection services while building a steady pipeline of qualified appointments. This isn’t cold calling into the void – you’ll be working with pre-qualified leads from established SMS campaigns, using proven scripts and a “we’ll be in your area today” approach that creates natural urgency. You’ll have the support of an experienced team and access to quality data that makes your success achievable and measurable.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to homeowners using provided qualified lead database
• Schedule free roof inspections using proven “area coverage” messaging approach
• Utilize dialer system to maximize call efficiency and productivity targets
• Follow established scripts and processes designed for high conversion rates
• Maintain consistent daily calling activity to meet appointment quotas
• Track and report on appointment setting metrics and lead quality
• Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and follow-up processes

 

Requirements:

• Experience with outbound calling and appointment setting in any industry
• Strong communication skills for engaging prospects over the phone
• Ability to work full-time hours with consistent daily performance
• Familiarity with dialer systems or strong willingness to learn new technology
• Bonus if you have experience in home improvement, roofing, or similar service industries
