Job Description
You’ll be the marketing and administrative backbone for a multi-business owner who’s scaling across exciting sectors. This role offers incredible variety – one day you’re managing CRM systems for disability support services, the next you’re crafting social media campaigns for coaching programs or updating websites for financial communications. You’ll work directly with the business owner, see your efforts translate into real business growth, and have the autonomy to manage diverse projects that keep every day interesting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM systems, including specialized disability services software with provided training materials
- Create and execute social media advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms for coaching business
- Build and maintain WordPress websites, handling updates and new site development projects
- Develop and distribute email newsletters for financial sector communications
- Manage LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, posting company announcements and engagement content
- Source and research service providers for disability support network expansion
- Provide administrative support across all business streams to optimize operations
- Handle various marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and business growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated versatility across digital channels
- Strong proficiency in WordPress website management and development
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads preferred)
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail for CRM management
- Proven ability to manage email marketing campaigns and social media accounts
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Strong written communication skills for newsletters and social content
- Bonus if you have experience with content creation, video editing, or graphic design
- It helps if you’re familiar with Australian business environments or disability services sector
