Responsibilities:
- Manage all real estate administrative tasks and backend operations that support active transactions
- Prepare and process real estate contracts and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Handle client email correspondence and maintain professional communication standards
- Coordinate calendar scheduling and manage appointment logistics
- Execute marketing activities and campaigns to support business development
- Maintain accurate database records and client information systems
- Support general office operations and client service activities
- Handle personal administrative tasks as capacity allows and relationship develops
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with real estate professionals, particularly in Southern California markets
- Familiarity with real estate tools and software, especially zip forms for contract preparation
- Strong understanding of real estate administrative processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent English communication skills for professional client interactions
- Proficiency in database management and CRM systems
- Experience with email management, calendar coordination, and marketing support
- Bonus if you have experience with Southern California real estate practices and local market knowledge
