Job Description

You’ll be the organizational backbone that keeps a dynamic marketing team aligned, moving, and consistently delivering high-quality work. This role isn’t about managing complex, large-scale projects—it’s about ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, maintaining quality across all deliverables, and keeping operations running smoothly.

You will work directly with leadership, collaborate across multiple client accounts, and support a variety of marketing activities. As the company grows, this role offers strong potential to expand into a full-time position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Keep the team organized and on schedule across multiple client deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain the ClickUp project management system with accurate task setup, updates, and tracking.
  • Attend team meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure follow-up actions are assigned and completed.
  • Coordinate project tasks across various marketing functions including SEO, content, and web management.
  • Proofread blogs, marketing assets, and client deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality control.
  • Support social media engagement tasks, including responding to comments, engaging with audiences, and light social media management.
  • Assist with basic WordPress updates such as uploading blog posts, changing images, updating page text, and minor content edits (developer support available for advanced tasks).
  • Handle data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks that support marketing operations.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met before any client deliverables are submitted.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience using ClickUp for task management and team coordination.
  • Marketing background with a strong understanding of marketing workflows and deliverables.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—you consistently catch errors others miss.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for note-taking and proofreading.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours with reliable availability.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with strong follow-through.
  • Experience supporting social media engagement is a major plus.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO practices or content optimization.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a consulting, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment.
