Job Description
You’ll be the organizational backbone for a growing Canadian business, taking ownership of critical administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work directly with the business owner, managing essential communications and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while having the autonomy to shape processes and expand your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all email communications with strategic prioritization
- Handle comprehensive calendar scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Execute various administrative tasks to support company operations and growth
- Provide personal scheduling assistance and executive support as needed
- Streamline operational workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business communications
- Support day-to-day business requirements with proactive problem-solving
- Maintain organized systems for documents, contacts, and business information
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in executive assistant, administrative, or similar support roles
- Strong email and calendar management expertise with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Flexibility to work within Canadian business hours or agreed schedule blocks
