Job Description: You’ll be the first voice prospects hear from an innovative payment solutions company that’s scaling fast. This role puts you at the forefront of business development, where your conversations directly fuel company growth. You’ll work with a tight-knit team of five who value efficiency and results, making initial contact with prospects and setting the stage for meaningful business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using organized contact databases
  • Conduct professional 30-second conversations to introduce payment processing solutions
  • Qualify prospects and identify businesses that could benefit from streamlined payment systems
  • Report successful connections and qualified leads to the internal sales team
  • Work systematically through contact lists containing business details and contact information
  • Maintain consistent calling activity to support lead generation objectives
  • Collaborate with the internal team on follow-up strategies and appointment setting
  • Track and document prospect interactions for seamless handoffs

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales and cold calling experience with a track record of connecting with prospects
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain consistent activity levels
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with VoIP phone systems
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working across diverse industries and business types
