Job Overview
We are hiring a Patient Coordinator (French Bilingual) to support our healthcare outreach efforts, primarily serving French-speaking patients in Montreal and surrounding Canadian markets. This part-time role focuses on lead follow-up, translation support, and basic administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English, comfortable making outbound calls, and capable of bridging communication between patients and staff. While healthcare experience is a plus, full training will be provided.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business expands.

Responsibilities

  • Call back French Canadian leads who have filled out inquiry forms
  • Translate conversations between French-speaking patients and English-speaking staff
  • Gather patient information and requirements during initial outreach calls
  • Communicate patient details and needs to scheduling team via email or direct handoff
  • Serve as a liaison to facilitate smooth communication for French-speaking patients
  • Provide translation support during telemedicine appointments when needed
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry as needed
  • Potentially provide backup scheduling support during staff absences

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)

  • Understanding of healthcare terminology preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone calls
