Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind daily social media operations for high-profile influencer and brand campaigns. This role puts you at the center of digital engagement, where your expertise in community management and platform optimization directly impacts campaign success. You’ll work alongside a talented creative team while taking full ownership of social media execution and audience engagement across multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions with brand-appropriate voice
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, trending conversations, and engagement opportunities
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and audience preferences
- Track and analyze daily social media metrics, providing actionable insights on performance trends
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and optimize timing based on audience analytics
- Handle real-time social media management during campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with the social media manager to implement strategic initiatives
- Provide platform-specific recommendations to enhance content performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt voice and tone for different brands
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Bonus if you have experience working with influencer or brand campaigns
- It helps if you’re comfortable working across Australian and Sri Lankan time zones
