Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Digital Marketing & Ads Coordinator to manage and optimise our online advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google. This role supports our marketing efforts for residential house cleaning, carpet cleaning, janitorial services, and post-construction cleaning. The position also includes light email marketing and simple template creation using tools like Canva.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic to intermediate digital marketing skills who is comfortable managing ads, monitoring performance, and creating simple marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising

Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns targeting:

Residential house cleaning

Carpet cleaning services

Manage Google Ads campaigns for:

Janitorial services

Post-construction cleaning

Monitor campaign performance, track conversions, and report results.

Make adjustments to improve ROI and target the right audiences.
Email Marketing

Assist with simple email marketing campaigns.

Create and update basic email templates.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
Design & Template Creation

Create simple marketing templates using Canva or similar tools.

Produce basic graphics for ads, social media, or email campaigns.

Maintain a library of templates for ongoing use.
Qualifications:

Basic experience running Facebook and/or Google Ads campaigns.

Ability to monitor results and make simple optimizations.

Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc., preferred but not required).

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience in service-based industries (cleaning, home services, maintenance, etc.).

Understanding of basic targeting and remarketing strategies.
