Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media & Digital Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google. This role is part-time to start, with the opportunity to increase hours and compensation based on proven results and successful campaign performance. The ideal candidate has experience running ads specifically for residential cleaning, carpet cleaning, janitorial services, and post-construction cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising (Primary Focus)

Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Ads for residential house cleaning and carpet cleaning.

Run and optimize Google Ads for janitorial and post-construction cleaning services.

Monitor daily performance and make adjustments to improve conversions and reduce cost per lead.

Test creatives, audiences, and copy to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Provide regular reports on spend, performance, lead quality, and ROI.
Email Marketing & Light Creative Work

Create simple email templates and basic marketing visuals using Canva or a similar tool.

Draft and schedule basic email marketing campaigns.

Assist in building automated sequences if needed.

Repurpose ad creatives for email, social, or landing page use.
General Marketing Support

Assist with audience research and competitive insights.

Suggest improvements to landing pages or funnels to increase conversion rates.

Ensure consistent branding across ads, email content, and templates.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience running Facebook Ads for residential or service-based businesses (cleaning industry highly preferred).

Proven ability with Google Ads (search campaigns, call campaigns, local ads).

Understanding of ad optimization, tracking, and lead generation.

Competent in Canva for simple design work.

Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.).

Ability to review analytics and make data-backed decisions.
