Job Description

You’ll be the first voice potential customers hear when they’re considering solar energy for their homes. This role puts you at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution, helping homeowners discover how solar can transform their energy bills while contributing to a cleaner planet. You’ll work with warm leads and established systems, focusing on building rapport and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified solar leads using company-provided dialer system
  • Set qualified appointments for solar installation consultations
  • Update CRM systems (Monday and GoHighLevel) with detailed call dispositions
  • Create and manage Google Calendar events for scheduled appointments
  • Follow established scripts and processes to ensure consistency
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment setting targets
  • Maintain professional communication with all prospects
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment quality

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems (Monday and GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Calendar
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Bonus if you have experience in solar, home improvement, or energy industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with US residential markets and time zones
