Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our client’s digital presence and drive meaningful engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and other key platforms. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content creation, strategic community management, and performance-driven marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing compelling content that converts, building authentic relationships with followers, and creating lead magnets that drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms with a minimum of 4 posts per daily
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies focused on audience growth and engagement
  • Design and create compelling lead magnets and marketing materials that drive conversions
  • Actively participate in and manage Facebook groups and online communities to expand brand reach
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build strong community relationships
  • Schedule and optimize posts using professional social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Monitor social media performance and provide detailed reports on engagement metrics and platform growth
  • Collaborate on content strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and brand voice

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in social media management with demonstrable results in audience growth and engagement
  • Advanced proficiency with social media scheduling and management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content
  • Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies and best practices
  • Creative skills in visual content creation and lead magnet development
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Self-motivated professional who excels in remote work environments and can manage multiple projects independently
  • Experience with community management and group engagement strategies
