Resume Editor (Remote, Night Shift)
A candidate’s resume is the first impression we present to our clients, and your work plays a crucial role in shaping that impression. As a resume editor, you’ll refine, rewrite, and enhance resumes to effectively showcase each candidate’s strengths, experience, and potential.
Great grammar, sharp eyes, and even sharper judgment—that’s what this role is about. You’ll turn rough drafts into clean, compelling resumes that win interviews and make recruiters proud to share them.
Key Responsibilities
- Proofread and edit resumes to ensure flawless grammar, clarity, and tone.
- Rewrite and organize content to highlight key achievements and job-relevant skills.
- Collaborate with recruiters when additional information or clarification is needed.
- Ensure all resumes meet company and client quality standards.
Qualifications
- Can write and edit in fluent, professional English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and natural tone.
- MUST SUBMIT WRITING SAMPLES OR PORTFOLIO
- Able to analyze job descriptions and tailor resumes to highlight relevant experience and skills.
- Capable of reviewing and improving content structure, flow, and formatting for readability.
- Experienced in coordinating with recruiters to gather missing details or verify information.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for editing, formatting, and collaboration.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Prior experience in writing, editing, or marketing is an advantage but not required.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time
