Job Description
You’ll be the vital connection between potential clients and life-changing coaching services. As the appointment setter, you’ll own the entire lead qualification process through social media conversations, turning interested prospects into booked discovery calls. This role puts you at the heart of a business that’s helping people transform their lives while you build valuable sales and social media marketing skills in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects through Instagram DMs and social media conversations with authentic, strategic messaging
- Qualify potential clients through thoughtful questioning and conversation flow
- Book discovery calls for the head coach and team of specialized female coaches
- Manage lead generation across multiple social media accounts to maximize opportunities
- Respond to prospects who engage with Facebook ad campaigns using specific keywords
- Maintain consistent follow-up sequences and nurture prospect relationships
- Track and manage all prospect interactions using Go High Level CRM system
- Achieve monthly appointment targets and contribute to significant business growth
- Handle sensitive client conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate directly with coaching team to optimize conversion strategies
Requirements
- Strong social media background with proven experience in Instagram DMs and engagement
- Sales mindset with natural ability to qualify prospects and identify buying signals
- Excellent written communication skills for authentic social media conversations
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or social media marketing roles
- Professional approach to handling sensitive personal development topics
- Bonus if you have cultural familiarity with UK market and communication styles
