Job Description: You’ll be the organizational backbone that keeps client relationships running smoothly while enabling senior growth strategists to focus on what they do best – driving results. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate client calls across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting recaps and distribute to relevant team members

  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between internal teams and clients
  • Manage administrative workflows that support the growth team’s daily operations
  • Handle client communication coordination to ensure seamless project flow
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up activities for client engagements

Requirements:
