Schedule:

  • Tuesdays – Saturdays

  • 8-hour shift (approx. 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST)

  • Fully remote

Job Description:

The Client Deliverables & Administrative Coordinator ensures that all client projects are delivered accurately, on time, and according to scope. This role oversees the flow of daily deliverables, schedules client bookings, and supports the internal team with administrative and quality-control tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed—someone who anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and brings structure to a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding internal processes, packages, and pricing

  • Reviewing all outbound projects for quality, accuracy, and scope alignment

  • Handling general billing, accounting, and administrative tasks

  • Managing client bookings and scheduling

  • Delivering media files (photos, measurements, 3D tours, video uploads, etc.)

  • Performing basic photo retouching using AI tools

  • Conducting quality control checks on all outputs

  • Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours, including Saturdays

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (preferred)

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with cloud-based tools

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel

  • Ability to learn new software quickly

  • Exceptional attention to detail (critical for this role)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly organized and able to work independently

  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor

  • Strong initiative and ability to handle fast-paced environments

  • High level of accountability and follow-through

  • Must be available to work Tuesday–Saturday

  • Must be able to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST

  • Fully remote position
