Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); West Coast timezone alignment required (8 AM - 5 PM PST)

Job Description:
You’ll be the organizational backbone of multiple simultaneous real estate development projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as properties move from acquisition through design to construction completion. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the entire development lifecycle while making a direct impact on project success. You’ll work closely with the development team to coordinate timelines, manage communications, and keep critical projects moving forward efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Track and organize multiple real estate development projects across acquisition, design, and construction phases
- Coordinate communications between architects, city officials, construction crews, and internal teams
- Provide regular project status updates, reminders, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or coordination issues
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between project phases and different stakeholder groups
- Maintain organized documentation and status tracking systems for all active developments
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, inspections, and key project milestones
- Resolve coordination challenges that arise during project execution
- Support acquisition activities including offer management and tenant coordination
Requirements:
You bring strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously. Project management background is strongly preferred, and you’re comfortable learning industry-specific processes quickly. Excellent English communication skills are essential for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders. You’re self-motivated with natural follow-up instincts and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus if you have real estate development experience or speak Mandarin, but we value the right attitude and organizational skills above all.
