Sales & Logistics Coordinator

Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday around 3.5 hours daily - 10-12 am and 7-8.30 pm Sydney time (total 20 hours)

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our sales pipeline, supplier communications, logistics operations, and customer relationship management. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of sales, coordination, and operational support while working closely with both customers and suppliers.

 

You will play an essential role in prospecting new clients, coordinating product deliveries, maintaining inventory and sales reports, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Prospecting

  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.

  • Respond to inquiries about products and services.

  • Promote and present product offerings, staying updated on new promotions and competitive landscape.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up post-sale to address any issues and encourage repeat business.

  • Report customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with management.

Logistics & Supplier Coordination

  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on new and existing orders.

  • Track delivery status with freight forwarders to Australia’s port and coordinate domestic deliveries to the warehouse or customer locations.

  • Maintain records of product movements, including inbound and outbound logistics.

Inventory & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate logistics, warehouse inventory, and delivery reports.

  • Prepare and update sales reports, tracking performance against KPIs.

  • Map sales performance and ensure data accuracy for management review.

Sales Operations & Closing

  • Present offers, negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and process orders.

  • Support development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, logistics, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, suppliers, freight companies).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in basic reporting, CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
