Administrative Assistant
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern
Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendar scheduling and coordination

Conduct weekly planning sessions and future-focused organizational tasks

Handle administrative tasks and general office support

Attend meetings and take detailed notes
-
Follow up with clients and maintain communication
-
Organize documents, emails, and CRM systems
-
Stay on top of projects and ensure timely completion
-
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including tracking receipts and invoices
-
Maintain organized records for bookkeeper and QuickBooks integration
-
Provide basic social media support including posting content

Respond to inquiries on social media channels
Requirements:

Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience with basic bookkeeping and invoice management
-
Familiarity with CRM systems and document organization
-
Ability to take detailed meeting notes and follow up effectively

Basic social media management experience

Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
