Job Overview: You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic B2B SaaS company’s growth by taking ownership of diverse, high-impact projects. This isn’t your typical administrative role – you’ll shape social media strategy, drive compliance initiatives, and support sales outreach while working directly with company leadership. Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content with strategic social media calendar management
- Complete SOC2 compliance documentation by reviewing company services and filling out required forms
- Manage executive calendar scheduling and coordinate sales meeting bookings
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns for customer acquisition and lead generation
- Write compelling LinkedIn posts and marketing content that drives engagement
- Provide strategic administrative support across multiple business functions
- Support sales activities through organized outreach and follow-up coordination
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in B2B SaaS companies or similar technology environments
- Strong written communication skills for social media content creation and professional outreach
- Experience with social media management, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling coordination
- Bonus if you have knowledge of compliance processes or SOC2 requirements
- It helps if you have experience with sales outreach and lead generation activities
