Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week) Monday to Friday 4 hours per day anytime between client business hours (9am to 5pm PST)

Job Overview: You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic B2B SaaS company’s growth by taking ownership of diverse, high-impact projects. This isn’t your typical administrative role – you’ll shape social media strategy, drive compliance initiatives, and support sales outreach while working directly with company leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your versatility across marketing, operations, and business development in a fast-paced technology environment where your contributions directly impact company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content with strategic social media calendar management
  • Complete SOC2 compliance documentation by reviewing company services and filling out required forms
  • Manage executive calendar scheduling and coordinate sales meeting bookings
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns for customer acquisition and lead generation
  • Write compelling LinkedIn posts and marketing content that drives engagement
  • Provide strategic administrative support across multiple business functions
  • Support sales activities through organized outreach and follow-up coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in B2B SaaS companies or similar technology environments
  • Strong written communication skills for social media content creation and professional outreach
  • Experience with social media management, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling coordination
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of compliance processes or SOC2 requirements
  • It helps if you have experience with sales outreach and lead generation activities
