Our client is looking for a Solar Service Support Specialist who will be the friendly, professional voice customers hear when they reach out for solar maintenance services. You’ll manage inquiries, schedule services, and ensure every client receives outstanding support. This role offers the opportunity to work independently within a well-structured environment that values initiative and clear communication.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service for solar maintenance inquiries
  • Manage and update customer records within the Simpro software system
  • Coordinate and schedule service bookings, inspections, and maintenance appointments
  • Communicate with both residential and commercial clients (primarily residential)
  • Resolve issues independently using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Provide general administrative support to assist daily operations

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner
  • Proven customer service experience, handling inquiries with minimal supervision
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities — able to think on your feet
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and quick to learn new software tools
  • Bonus: Experience with Simpro or similar CRM systems
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Notion for team communication
  • Experience in solar, electrical, or home services industries is an advantage
