Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content across multiple platforms
• Edit images and videos showcasing solar installations and customer success stories
• Write compelling captions and perform hashtag research for visibility
• Schedule posts and manage a consistent content calendar
• Respond to audience engagement and manage online communities
• Track metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategy accordingly
• Support broader marketing initiatives as the role expands

 

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in image and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Experienced with SimPro
• Excellent writing skills for captions and marketing content
• Knowledge of social media best practices, algorithms, and scheduling tools
• Bonus: Experience in solar, sustainability, or home services industries
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
