Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who will play a pivotal role in designing and building robust, scalable software solutions. You’ll architect full-stack applications using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, while guiding the company’s technical evolution. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership and offers the opportunity to grow into technical project management as the organization expands.

 

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop full-stack applications using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Provide strategic technical leadership and make critical architectural decisions
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical growth and best practices
• Collaborate directly with the company founder on strategy and implementation roadmaps
• Lead the knowledge transfer from offshore teams to the new in-house team
• Potentially expand into technical project management responsibilities
• Ensure high code quality standards and modern development practices
• Drive innovation and long-term technology vision for the company

 

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven expertise in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency with React and full-stack development best practices
• Demonstrated experience in software architecture and design pattern implementation
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior to intermediate engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with leadership teams
• Experience in agile development environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
