Our client is seeking a talented Real Estate Social Media & Video Content Specialist to turn raw property footage into engaging, high-quality content that captivates audiences and strengthens their online presence. In this role, you’ll work directly with a successful real estate professional, leveraging your creativity and technical expertise to build brand visibility and drive community engagement. With high autonomy, established systems, and room for growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional eager to expand into a broader social media management role.
Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance real estate video content for multiple social media platforms
- Transform raw footage into compelling, professional posts that highlight properties and elevate brand presence
- Organize and process content efficiently using established client systems
- Create eye-catching graphics and visuals using Canva
- Prepare polished, ready-to-publish content that meets brand standards
- Monitor comments and engage with followers across social media channels
- Send direct messages to potential leads through business accounts
- Collaborate with the client to align content with business goals and style preferences
- Manage content schedules and deliverables through Monday.com
- Grow into a broader social media management role over time
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in social media management, video editing, and content creation
- Proficiency with professional video editing software and tools
- Strong skills in Canva for graphic and visual content creation
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in delivering high-quality output
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Real estate content experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills for effective client collaboration
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
