Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (London, UK) including 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and generate new business in the construction industry. This results-oriented role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—through high-volume outbound calls and relationship-building with decision-makers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective construction clients

  • Make at least 100 calls per day to generate new business opportunities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure

  • Close deals end-to-end, not just set appointments

  • Track sales activities and customer interactions in Excel

  • Follow sales scripts and structured processes

  • Meet quarterly sales targets; performance incentives available

  • Participate in industry-specific training programs

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling

  • Ability to handle longer sales cycles and nurture relationships

  • Strong phone communication skills

  • Comfortable using Excel for tracking and reporting

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Able to work independently while following processes

  • Experience with VoIP phone systems preferred
