Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and generate new business in the construction industry. This results-oriented role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—through high-volume outbound calls and relationship-building with decision-makers.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective construction clients

Make at least 100 calls per day to generate new business opportunities

Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure

Close deals end-to-end, not just set appointments

Track sales activities and customer interactions in Excel

Follow sales scripts and structured processes

Meet quarterly sales targets; performance incentives available

Participate in industry-specific training programs
Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling

Ability to handle longer sales cycles and nurture relationships

Strong phone communication skills

Comfortable using Excel for tracking and reporting

Self-motivated and target-driven

Able to work independently while following processes

Experience with VoIP phone systems preferred
