Our client is seeking a skilled Admin Assistant to serve as a key operational support partner. You will focus on administrative tasks, board communications, and day-to-day organizational support. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization. From coordinating schedules and managing correspondence to preparing documents and supporting board activities, you will play an important role in helping the organization function efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to board members for regular communication and follow-ups.
- Send meeting minutes and presentations to board members.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support operational needs.
- Maintain regular communication schedules with stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
- Support leadership with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in an operational role and communicating with managers.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
