Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Business Operations Manager to drive departmental growth, manage team performance, and ensure the BruntWork Enterprise Team continues to deliver unmatched value across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that reports directly to the Head of Enterprise, serving as a strategic right hand and operational anchor.

You will be responsible for:

  •         Overseeing team performance, CSAT, and departmental sales assistance at the highest level
  •         Leading CRM initiatives, ensuring data hygiene, intuitive reporting, and insightful analytics that build confidence in the department and BruntWork as a whole
  •         Supporting the Head of Enterprise in launching new departmental verticals and sales funnels and department initiatives
  •         Engaging confidently with enterprise clients, resolving escalations, and representing BruntWork in client meetings, networking events, and strategic initiatives,  including those held outside standard hours or locations
  •         Managing the department according to BruntWork’s core principles: Anti-Slow Mentality, Accurate Delivery, Proactive White Glove Service, Improved Fill-Velocity, Seamless Airtight End-to-End CX, and A Shared Mission Approach
  •         Providing real-time support, professional guidance, and sound business advice to the Enterprise team
  •         Up-training and re-training team members as needed to uphold excellence and alignment
  •         Remaining flexible with work hours as needed by operational demands
  •         Being tech-savvy, adept in report creation, data collection, tracking and management, along with workflow optimization
  •         Demonstrating strong management, sales, and soft skills to lead with empathy, precision, and impact
  •         Acting as a driver of departmental reporting and analytics, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic clarity across all initiatives

Qualifications & Traits

  •         Proven experience in business operations, sales enablement, or enterprise support
  •         Tech-savvy with strong command of CRM platforms, reporting tools, and workflow systems
  •         Exceptional management, sales, and soft skills—emotionally intelligent and client-centric
  •         Comfortable with flexible schedules and dynamic environments
  •         Strong communicator with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
  •         Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a commitment to excellence
  •         Experience in launching new verticals, supporting sales funnels, and managing cross-functional teams is highly preferred

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience in Sales Leadership or Operations Management
  • Experience in the Outsourcing or Recruitment industry is an advantage
  • Experience being a business owner or entrepreneur is a plus
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and manage enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to take full ownership of initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in public-facing delivery.
  • Experience with technological tools, platforms and solutions is a plus. Being tech savvy is a must
  • Consultancy or strategic advisory experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-growth, high-performance environment.
