This role requires a strategic communicator who can manage key accounts, resolve escalations, and drive measurable impact through BruntWork’s AI-driven and remote workforce solutions.
Job Highlights
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, enterprise clients.
- Own revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a senior point of contact for VIP clients and critical escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentor junior Client Success Managers and lead internal account reviews.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including AI tools and remote staffing solutions.
- Clearly communicate ROI and ensure clients see tangible value.
- Proactively reduce churn and identify growth opportunities.
- Report account health, retention metrics, and revenue opportunities to leadership.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as senior point of contact for VIP clients and contract discussions.
- Handle complex escalations and resolve issues efficiently to maintain trust.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, IT, and Product to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Mentor junior CSMs and share best practices.
- Lead account review meetings and align teams on client goals.
- Present data-driven insights on growth and service adoption.
Measurable Success
Key KPIs include:
- Number of accounts moved from core → key → VIP.
- Number of roles filled for clients.
- Deal value and revenue from upsell/new business within your portfolio.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Outsourcing or Recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong project management and ownership mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consultancy or advisory background is a plus.
- Comfortable working across global time zones.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
