Job Summary:
The Training and People Partner is responsible for delivering a seamless and impactful onboarding experience for new hires, driving early-stage staff performance, and supporting continuous development for tenured staff. This remote role ensures alignment between staff performance and client expectations, while promoting a positive, values-driven culture across all stages of the staff lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Orientation
- Facilitate Client’s Cultural Training and Day 1 Kick-Off sessions.
- Ensure timely dispatch of welcome emails and login credentials to new hires.
- Serve as the main POC for onboarding concerns.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor staff progress at key intervals—specifically at Week 2 and Week 10—to assess their integration, skills application, and alignment with expectations.
- Reinforce organizational values through interactive refresher sessions, ensuring alignment with company culture.
- Prepare and present performance summary reports based on collected data. Analyze trends, identify challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and clients for continuous improvement.
- Monitor progress from Day 0 to Day 31.
- Send consistent progress and experience updates to clients.
Skills & Requirements
- Training Design & Delivery – Ability to create effective training materials and process improvement modules.
- Facilitation & Execution – Deliver engaging training sessions for both new hires and tenured staff.
- Employee Engagement – Implement initiatives that enhance communication, engagement, and overall productivity.
- Coaching & Development – Provide coaching and development support aligned with client goals and deliverables.
- Experience – Background in training, onboarding, employee development, and performance tracking frameworks (remote setup experience preferred).
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal, written, presentation, and virtual facilitation abilities.
- Tech Proficiency – Skilled in virtual training platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), design/presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint), and training reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets/Forms, Looker).
- Organization & Initiative – Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in training, onboarding, or employee development (remote setup preferred).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable using virtual tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Canva)
- Organized and proactive in managing multiple remote tasks.
