We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing efforts for a popular healthy food brand. You’ll manage social media content, create promotional materials, and implement SEO/SEM strategies to boost online visibility and engagement. This role blends creative content creation with strategic digital marketing and offers the chance to work closely with leadership in a collaborative, remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a content calendar with 3–4 social posts weekly across platforms
- Design engaging visuals, including graphics, reels, and videos
- Create promotional materials such as flyers that match brand guidelines
- Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility
- Build engagement and generate leads via targeted social media campaigns
- Edit and produce polished content from raw footage and creative ideas
- Organize content using shared drive systems for team access
- Work closely with the client team and implement feedback regularly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media and content creation
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices with successful results
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently
- Background in restaurant, QSR, or food industry marketing (preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency
- Comfortable managing multiple platforms and content projects
- Open to long-term work (6-month minimum, ongoing preferred)
- Willingness to revise and improve content as needed
