Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Partnership Development & Outreach Specialist to spearhead our client's ambitious partnership expansion initiative. In this exciting role, you'll be the voice of a professional dermatology practice, conducting strategic outreach to luxury salons, medical offices, and community organizations to establish valuable referral partnerships. You'll use your communication skills to introduce innovative partnership opportunities, coordinate cross-promotional events, and build lasting business relationships that drive mutual growth. This position offers the perfect blend of sales, relationship building, and strategic business development with significant potential for performance-based incentives and role expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional cold outreach calls to luxury nail salons, hair salons, medical offices, and other target businesses
  • Present partnership opportunities on behalf of the dermatology practice to establish formal referral relationships
  • Follow up with prospects via email and coordinate 15-minute introductory calls or in-person meetings
  • Manage outreach campaigns across diverse target lists including women's support groups, university organizations, and specialized client databases
  • Coordinate cross-promotional event planning and partnership implementation
  • Distribute luxury business card holders and branded promotional materials to established partners
  • Track partnership development progress and report on referral opportunities and success metrics
  • Receive commissions and incentives

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with a bubbly, professional personality that aligns with a luxury medical brand
  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales activities with demonstrated success
  • Confidence in representing a professional medical practice and maintaining brand standards
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to work toward partnership targets and performance incentives
  • Strong English fluency
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience in relationship building and business development preferred
