Job Description

Step into a pivotal procurement role where you’ll build and maintain strategic vendor relationships that directly impact a global technology company’s success. As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll negotiate contracts, establish partnerships across international markets, and represent the company in high-level vendor interactions. This client-facing position offers the opportunity to develop your negotiation skills while working with technology vendors and service providers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with technology vendors and service providers across global markets
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors in the US, Europe, and Australia
  • Conduct professional phone communications and presentations with vendor partners
  • Represent the company’s interests in procurement-related client interactions
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for technology products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills (must be highly proficient for client-facing role)
  • Background in IT/MSP environments
  • Open to Tier I or Tier II support engineer with strong interest in transitioning into a procurement-focused role.
  • Strong phone communication and professional presentation abilities
  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or related field
  • Demonstrated contract negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Professional demeanor suitable for representing the company externally
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
