Job Description

Excel in a behind-the-scenes role that’s essential to sales success at a thriving global technology company. As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you’ll handle the critical detail work that enables the sales team to focus on building client relationships. This role offers exposure to the complete sales process while developing your skills in document management, data analysis, and proposal development in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM system
  • Edit and format professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, and client proposals
  • Update financial figures and data in Excel spreadsheets and proposals with precision
  • Track sales activities and outcomes using organized spreadsheet systems
  • Modify proposal language and rewrite content to align with specific client needs
  • Participate in client calls as a note-taker to support sales team preparation
  • Handle repetitive administrative tasks that streamline sales operations
  • Collaborate with CEO and leadership team on proposal improvements

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce experience acceptable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail for maintaining data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple documents and projects
  • Strong English communication skills for effective internal coordination
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
