Guest Relations Executive

Schedule: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (UK Time – GMT)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

 

Join a growing holiday rental company with 130+ properties across the UK. Your role will help increase bookings and keep guests happy.

Our client is looking for someone to assist guests by phone and message, solve problems, and help bring in more bookings. You’ll handle guest support, coordinate services, and reach out to past or new guests. You'll use modern tools and work with a friendly, guest-focused team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and solve issues by phone and messaging
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules
  • Write and post guest reviews
  • Reach out to guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction
  • Arrange restaurant bookings and concierge services
  • Call past guests to encourage repeat bookings during off-seasons
  • Call potential customers to drive new business and boost occupancy

 

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience in client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Sales-minded with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Quick to learn tools like Guesty, Slack, and Notion
  • Able to work independently with attention to detail
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Relevant work experience in Airbnb
