Customer Service Representative

Schedule:

  • Need to fill 2 positions.
  • 1) Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm 
  • 2) Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm

Client Timezone: Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and calmly

  • Troubleshoot and assist with technical issues, escalating when needed

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution

  • Support subscription onboarding and follow up with billing inquiries

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

  • Document recurring issues and report them to the appropriate team

  • Learn and stay updated on platform features and services

  • Adhere to company policies, data protection, and security protocols

  • Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of customer service

  • Collect and share customer feedback with the team

  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues efficiently

  • Support social media communication strategies and account interactions


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Proven ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening

  • Proficient in computer use, including CRM platforms and data entry

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Experience in using social media platforms for communication is a plus

  • Knowledge of security protocols and customer privacy standards

  • Availability to work flexible shifts during U.S. business hours
