Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive administrative tasks including professional email correspondence and executive-level document creation
  • Execute precise data entry and maintain sophisticated database systems across multiple marketing platforms
  • Utilize advanced marketing software, particularly Go High Level, for campaign management and lead optimization
  • Oversee CRM systems with focus on contact management, database updates, and sales pipeline maintenance
  • Support dynamic social media operations and innovative lead generation strategies
  • Manage and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and business growth
  • Coordinate seamlessly with sales teams on appointment scheduling, documentation, and process support
  • Create compelling presentations and professional documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Configure and manage new account setups across various software platforms
  • Support cutting-edge AI-driven communication processes and strategic follow-up activities

Requirements

  • Proven administrative and secretarial excellence with attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and sophisticated database management
  • Strong marketing background with practical knowledge of social media and sales funnel optimization
  • Experience with marketing software platforms (Go High Level experience highly preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail for complex data entry and database maintenance tasks
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting high-level sales processes and client interactions
  • Flexibility to work 4 hours daily within London business hours (9 AM - 5 PM BST)
