About the Role
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Lead Generation Specialist to join our fast-growing team in the Forex and global payments space. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients across the United States, identifying qualified prospects, and setting appointments for our FX advisors and sales team.
This is a voice-based role ideal for someone who thrives on direct outreach, enjoys engaging in consultative conversations, and has a knack for turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (US business hours)
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospects in the US market, primarily finance professionals, CFOs, and business owners with international operations or FX exposure

Introduce and pitch solutions related to currency risk management, international payments, and FX hedging

Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, pain points, and volume of foreign currency transactions

Schedule appointments or callbacks with our FX advisors and sales consultants

Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead details in the CRM

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including call volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings

Follow up with warm leads and re-engage dormant contacts

Stay informed on market trends and talking points related to Forex and global finance
Requirements

At least 1–2 years of outbound voice-based lead generation or telemarketing experience

Background in financial services, Forex, B2B sales, or fintech is a strong advantage

Strong command of English with a neutral or American-accented speaking voice

Clear, persuasive communicator with excellent phone etiquette

Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and dialer tools
