Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to be the driving force behind a company’s commercial market expansion as their dedicated Sales Representative. You’ll be the voice of their brand, conducting strategic outreach campaigns to identify and connect with commercial prospects who need reliable cleaning services. This role offers tremendous growth potential, starting part-time with the opportunity to scale to full-time as the business expands, plus commission opportunities based on your success in closing deals. You’ll work directly with business leadership and play a crucial role in their growth strategy while building valuable relationships in the commercial cleaning industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to commercial prospects including real estate offices, medical clinics, and corporate facilities
- Execute proactive outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and identify warm prospects
- Qualify and filter prospects to determine interest level, needs, and fit for cleaning services
- Set qualified appointments and forward warm leads to business ownership for closing
- Maintain comprehensive daily and weekly reporting on call activities, prospect status, and pipeline development
- Follow up strategically with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process
- Utilize provided prospect lists and online directories to identify and research potential commercial clients
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in client systems for seamless handoffs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in telesales, cold calling, and appointment setting with demonstrable results
- Strong track record in B2B sales outreach, preferably in service-based industries
- Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence and persuasive abilities
- Experience working with VoIP phone systems and CRM tools for efficient prospect management
- Self-motivated professional with resilience to handle rejection and maintain persistent follow-through
- Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for commission-based earning potential tied to successful deal closures
- Professional demeanor suitable for engaging with commercial decision-makers and building business relationships
